Our Core

Tuffy is a science-based company that invents and manufactures its own wear resistant repair kits in Australia. Our goal since we started in 2008 is to deliver high quality and reliable products that are easy to use, long lasting, and inexpensive.

Our Operation

We make it our business to remain efficient so our prices are competitive while never compromising on quality. Running lean helps us achieve this, but we do it by abandoning business class flights and long lunches, by carrying out smart manufacturing in house that can be scaled up and down, and by reducing the burden of technology and harnessing pencil and paper. Why is this of concern to you? Because it means we work to take charge of your issue, to always answer our phones and emails instead of keeping you waiting, and focusing on solving your individuals needs.

We manufacture all our products in NSW Australia close to where our raw material chemical suppliers are located.

Our People

Tuffy has in-house expertise in wear chemistry, making us highly adaptable to your needs because the expertise is always on hand. Our founder holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and a Doctorate from Oxford University. He was elected to the Royal Institution of Science in Great Britain, as a life member.
