Tuffy® Rubber Etching Primer is a 2 part halogenation primer designed to chemical activate the surface of most rubbers prior to the application of a bonding system. The system is comprised of a liquid solvent and a halogenation additive Part B that when mixed together can be applied to rubber surfaces prior to bonding.
The system comes in 5L and 2L kits.
